Our studio brings over 20 years of local experience across residential and commercial sectors, with projects ranging from new homes, renovations and townhouses to NDIS accommodation, hospitality, retail and office fitouts.
We're a QBCC Building Design - Low & Medium Rise licensed practice (QBCC Licence No. 15436033), which lawfully permits us to design multi-residential developments up to three storeys. We work closely with industry consultants and continually develop our skills to deliver high quality work and a positive client experience.
Jana Crnjanin - Director & Principal Building Designer
Jana's passion for building and interior design lies in the connection - working with clients to explore design ideas and shape their future home. With experience across commercial interiors and residential building design, she understands homes from the inside out and how thoughtful planning supports everyday life.
Having grown up in Europe, lived in London and travelled widely before settling in Australia, she brings a broad perspective on people and their cultures, along with a deep appreciation that every household is lived differently and continually evolving.
She approaches each project with curiosity, openness and creative problem-solving to ensure the design truly works for her clients. Every building journey involves many elements that must come together, and guiding this process - bringing all aspects into a cohesive, meaningful result - is at the heart of her practice and reflected in its name.
Outside of work, Jana loves the mountains, and spends time with her family hiking, cycling, skiing, and always planning their next travel adventure!
