Four townhouses arranged as two duplex pairs, each with four bedrooms, well-balanced living spaces and layouts designed to maximise natural light.
Every part of the site and each dwelling was carefully planned to maximise usable space and create efficient internal layouts. Traffic and acoustic requirements were coordinated with landscaping, private open space and building footprint to achieve a well-balanced multi-residential development with a strong sense of space and liveability.
