The owners want to modernise and extend their Carina Heights home, improving its layout, light and connection to the backyard for family living.
Carina Heights is an established, largely post-war suburb on Brisbane's southside; the design works with the existing home's structure, orientation and the slope of the block.
Our design reconfigures and extends the living areas for open-plan family living, improves natural light and cross-ventilation, and strengthens the connection to outdoor space.
Currently in design, progressing toward building approval.
