Façade transformation, new extension and internal renovation bringing a low-set brick home into a modern coastal expression.
This project shows that you don’t have to demolish and start again – there is a value in building on what’s already there while introducing new elements. New cladding and upgraded windows and doors opened the opportunities to improve the home’s energy efficiency.
